Your connections

Personal credentials — Claude acts as you through them, and only ever on your behalf. The org's own connections (the CRMs, the ClickUp indexer, org-wide AdminIQ) are separate and are managed by an admin.

Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and only ever used server-side on your behalf.

Personal API connections

A named base URL bound to a vault secret. A personal-flow http_call step calls it with the credential injected server-side as a Bearer token — the secret never touches chat.

Vault

Store credentials (dev logins, API keys) encrypted at rest with a per-secret retention window. Values are entered in a secure modal and go straight to the server — never through chat or the model. Actions reference them as vault:<key>; the plaintext is decrypted server-side only and can be handed to a fleet worker.

Connect your AI

Give your Claude the company mind — same knowledge, same field, everyone. Pick your client:

The team path: once your org owner adds VastMind as an org-level connector, you just enable it from the org connectors list in Settings → Connectors — no setup below needed.

Or add it yourself as a custom connector:

  1. 1Open Settings → Connectors in Claude Desktop or claude.ai.
  2. 2Click Add custom connector.
  3. 3Name it VastMind and paste the URL …/mcp.
  4. 4Hit Add, then Connect — your browser opens; sign in with your work Google account.
URL…/mcp

then try these

"Search vastmind for how Membrane integrations work"
"What does the brain know about our PII policy?"
"Save what we just learned to my vastmind space"
"Which ClickUp tasks mention the campaign wizard?"

Your Claude gets tools: brain_search · brain_think · brain_put_page · brain_graph · clickup_*. Reads span the org sources + your space; writes land only in user-you. Publishing to the shared wiki is a reviewed flow.
